Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing SITEnetwork's XPED token and the general information found in the White Paper, which summarizes the SITEnetwork business model, technology, and platform opportunities.
IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions should be read in their entirety. If you are in any doubt about the actions or contributions you should take, consult your legal, financial, tax, or other professional advisor before engaging in any contribution to SITEnetwork’s development.
2. Nature of XPED Token
The XPED token is a utility token designed for use on the SITEnetwork platform. It is not a security, and owning XPED does not grant any form of ownership, dividend rights, or profit-sharing benefits. XPED does not represent any stake in SITEnetwork (Xpedition z.o.o.) or any other company.
XPED token holders may be able to earn additional XPED based on their contributions to the platform, such as creating or developing content. However, XPED is not an investment, and participation in the SITEnetwork ecosystem should not be considered as holding any form of investment security or share.
3. Regulatory and Compliance Risks
The regulatory environment for cryptocurrency is evolving. Regulatory measures, investigations, or actions could impact SITEnetwork’s operations and may limit or prevent SITEnetwork from developing its platform in the future. All token holders must understand that SITEnetwork’s business model, terms, and conditions may be subject to modification to comply with regulatory and legal requirements in any applicable jurisdiction.
XPED is not a regulated token and does not meet any regulatory criteria for financial securities, derivatives, or commodities. Purchasers are responsible for understanding the legal and regulatory obligations applicable to their use of XPED in their respective jurisdictions.
4. Price Volatility
The price of XPED is subject to fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market. The value of XPED may increase or decrease depending on market conditions, demand, and other external factors. The price of XPED is not a reflection of the quality or success of the SITEnetwork project, and SITEnetwork does not guarantee any specific price or minimum valuation for XPED.
5. No Guarantees or Representations
All statements in the White Paper, on the SITEnetwork website, in press releases, or any other public forum, including statements by SITEnetwork, its founders, team members, or any third-party affiliates, that are not statements of historical fact are considered "forward-looking statements".
These forward-looking statements are intended to express SITEnetwork’s goals but are not guarantees of future performance, achievements, or results. Actual outcomes may differ based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to regulatory changes, market conditions, or decisions made by SITEnetwork’s decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) regarding project direction.
6. Modification of Terms
SITEnetwork reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of the SITEnetwork platform or holding of XPED tokens after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SITEnetwork, its founders, team members, and associated third parties shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or ownership of XPED, including but not limited to loss of investment value or loss of access to the SITEnetwork platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SITEnetwork (Xpedition z.o.o.) operates, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
